The Howdershelt Run Mitigation Bank in Preston County, WV, was approved in 2021 and is currently under construction. It is a partnership between Harmony, Decota Consulting Company, Inc., and a private landowner. The team worked closely with the landowner to develop a mitigation plan that maximized credit generation while still improving the functions of the family farm. The project includes 6,585 feet of stream within a 14-acre easement area.
